College Regulations (par. 52, | sec 6.) provide that the presidents each student organization shall, with- in the first month of each session, file with the chairman of the Com- mittee on Student Organizations, a list of the officers of the organiza- tion, a statement of the time and place of meeting, and of any amend- ments: to the constitution and bylaws.
