BATTALION LEAGUE GAMES WILL BE PLAYED TODAY Two games of the Battalion Foot- ball League will be played this af- ternoon and as a result of these games the two teams that will play for the championship next Sunday will be picked. The Casuals will play the Cavalry at 2 o'clock and the Second Battal- ion and Artillery will meet at 3:30 on Kyle field. Knickerbocker, pastor of the First Methodist church of Marlin will deliver his annual ser- mon in Guion hall this morning at the regular religious convocation be- ginning at 10:50. In his letter to President Bizzell accepting the invitation to speak Mr. Knickerbocker stated that his sub- ject would be: “Fools” and added the request that Dr. Bizzell have all them at the service.
