land, both experienced wrestlers of

heavyweights, Steffen.
Masuda, a heady Egyptian, a jiu
jitsu expert and an allround athlete
of wonderful ability, one who studies
muscular development and application
as a science, but who is ineligible for
the team, is assisting Jones in the
training of the freshmen.
The team this year, for a tenta-
tive schedule faces one of the strong-
est and most formidable programs
ever arranged for a Southwestern
Conference septet, including a dual
date with the Houston Y. M. C. A.
team, Austin College, Texas Univer-
sity, Oklahoma University, Oklahoma
A. and M., Arkansas University and
the big conference meet.
