The War Department is trying to find out if any cadets were kept from attending camp this summer due to conflict with summer schools | or summer practice, in order to see | whether it is practicable to hold a camp from August 5 to Sept. 16. 2. It is by no means certain that | such a camp will be held, but the in-| formation is desired to determine the number who would attend if such camp should be held.
