GRADUATE A prominent building construction company of Dallas has an opening for a young man in its estimating depart- ment. The applicant should know build- ing construction and be accurate at figures. An A. and M. Architectural graduate is preferred. Interested parties will please get in touch with E. B. LaRoche, Profes- sor of Architecture. — "PROMINENT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO LECTURE THIS AFTERNOON A — (Official Notice from the Office of J. C. Nagle, Dean of Engineering.) At 3:10 o’clock this afternoon, Mr. J. H. Brillhart, Chief Engineer of the Mosher Manufacturing Company of Dallas, will address the engineer- ing students of all classes in Room 28, Civil Engineering Building. While given at the request of the teaching staff of the Civil Engineer- ing department Mr. Brillhart’s sub- ject is one which will be of interest to engineering students in all courses. and to engineering teachers also. A cordial invitation to all in- terested students and teachers to be present is extended. Mr. Brillhart wishes to meet all students who may be interested in structural engineering, fabrication or manufacturing, and will have sev- eral vacancies in June which he would like to fill with A. and M. graduates. He will be at College all day Friday and may be seen either before or after the lecture in one of the offices of the Civil Engineer- ing Department. a CONFINED TO CAMPUS (Official Notice from the Office of Ike S Ashburn, Commandant). Rosborough, Company C., Infantry, is hereby assessed the sum of 25 demerits and confined to the limits of the campus, until Retreat, April 24, 1920. 2. Cadet Rosborough will report to his company commander at such times as he may direct. THE ALUMNI QUARTERLY IS TO BE OUT NEXT MONDAY C. E. Friley, Alumni Secretary and editor of the Alumni Quarterly, stat- ed yesterday that the February is- sue would be out Monday. He in- tends to mail a copy to everyone con- nected with the College, but in case some do not receive their copies they may call at the Registrar's of- fice and obtain one. All Members of the College Faculty, Their Families, and College Students Invitations have been issued to members of the teaching force and employes of the College to the Me- chanical Engineers’ reception on Saturday evening, March 27th. In- vitations were not issued to the stu- dent body, but the committee in charge desires to state that all stu- dents are invited and expected to at- tend. In addressing the invitations there were clerical errors made, and where invitations were sent to only one member of a family it was intended to include all.
