Petitions to Faculty.
There will be a called meeting
of the Faculty, Wednesday, Jan-
nary 31. Before that time, so
far as practicable, all petitions
concerning the work of the sec-
ond term should be handed in.
Petitions to the Faculty should
be presented through the Dean.
In each case the signature should
be of a form similiar to the fol-
lowing: :

If class and course are not giv-
en, there may be a delay iu
‘in deciding the petition; i f
company is not given, there may
be a delay in the delivery of the
reply.

Basketball.
Our next opponents in Basket-
ball will be the Baylor Bears,
Monday and Tuesday evenings,
January 29th and 30th, at 7:30 p.
m. State had a hard time win-
ning from Decatur, score of 31 to
26, while Baylor beat Decatur by
about ten points, so everybody
be on hand Monday night.
Athletic Council
There will not be any mass held
this morning.
