MEMORANDUM:
Battalion commanders. after
consultation with their regiment-
al commanders will rearrange
the rooms in their battalions in
order that as few rooms as pos-
‘sible will have three occupants.
No other ehanges will be ordered
and none will be made until per-
mit for same has been approved.
No cadet will be permitted to
room alone. Permits to adjust
this will be submitted not later
than Monday morning.
