A ssistan t Professor Robin
Beach of the Department of
Electrical Engineering has re
signed to accept a position with
the Norwich University of North-
field, Vermont. He is succeeded
by W. G. James, instructor in
the E. E. Department. Mr.
James’ place is taken by Irving
J. Shepperd, a graduate of the
University of Virginia, who has
been associated with the West-
inghouse Electric Company, at
Detroit.

Eight New Students.
The twelve hundred mark in
registration was reached Wed
nesday, January 3, when B. A.
Moore of Lewisville registered.
Two more students have since
been enrolled. They are, Curtis
Hamby of Dike, Texas, and
Adolph Leinveder of Weisbadan,
Germany. Other students who
have registered since the holi
days are: Fred E. Grotbaus of
San Antonio, Kenneth M. Webb
of Waco, Fred G. Benkendorfer,
of West, Oscar E. Gilmer of Hon
ey Grove, and Paul McGuffey of
Hubbard.
Veterinary Science Faculty.
The faculty of Veterinary Med
icine will meet today (Friday) at
4:10 p. m. in the Faculty room.
