MEMORANDUM: Rifles and epuipment will be turned in to the armory as follows 1st Regt. after breakfast, Thursday, December 21st, in the following order: Go’s E, F, G, H, at room 815. Co’s A, B, C, D, at room 816 2nd Regt. after dinner, Thurs day, December 21 st, in the fol lowing order: Co’s E, F, G, H, at room 315. Co’s A, B, C, D, at room 316. The band will turn in their in struments and equipment atnoon Thursday, December 21st. No cadet will be excused from the above formation for any rea son whatsoever. Eiach cadet will place his name and company (on a piece of pa per) under the sight leaf of the rifle and in the cartridge box, Rifles will be cleaned and oiled before turning them in. Oil for this purpose may be obtained by the Captains of companies at noon December 20th at the armory. Captains of companies will pre pare a list showing the name of every cadet and No. of rifle in their organization, and will ac curately check each cadet when he turns in his arms and equip ment. This list will be turned over to Sergeant Hyland. No cadet, on the campus or otherwise, will be allowed to keep arms and equipment in their possession during the holidays.
