No Smallpox at Hospital.
There is a rumor on the cam-
pus to the effect that there are
several cases of small-pox in the
hospital, and I beg to say this is
. not a fact.
A case was listed as small-pox
but later proved to be chicken-
pox. The case was so mild that
the patient was not sick but had
an eruption. He will be dis-
charged today or tomorrow.
We have on an average of eight
or ten patients daily in the hos-
pital, one or two of whom are
really sick.

Surgeon.
Overcoats and Ponchos.
It is desired to see whether it
is possible now to make the army
overcoat and poncho a part of
the regular uniform at this Col-
lege. To thisTend, Captains of
Organizations will submit a list
of names of men who desire and
are able to purchase the army
overcoat and poncho.
Price: overcoat, $9.04; poncho,
$2.74, with, probably, a small
cost for packing and transporta-
tion added."
These lists will be turned in to
the Commandant’s Office not lat- 7
er than Saturday morning, the
9th instant. Commandant.
