make a COMPLETE LIST OF
THEIR RELIEFS, giving letter
of Company and number of Reg
iment in each case This list
must be legible and must be
signed by them; after their sig
nature they will state the letter
of their own Company and the
number of their Regiment.
At the head of the list will be
written “FIRST, SECOND, or
THIRD RELEIF” a s the case
may be, and the date.
