No Loitering at the Postoffice.
Hereafter, the Officer of the-
Day or Officer of the Guard will
remain in the vicinity of the Post
Office during mail deliveries and
report all cadets loitering in the
vicinity of the hoxes, who are
net Mail Orderlies or ‘who have
no P. O. boxes; he will also re-
port any Mail Orderlies who dis-
tribute wail in the Main Building.
Mail must be Sisribnied in the
dormitories.
