About Next Turkey Day Scrap.
How much of a fighter are you?
We are going to need every bit of
the fight we can muster o n
Thanksgiving Day. That applies
on the field and in the grand
stand. Dope and everything
else to the contrary, Texas has a
little the edge on A. and M. The
fact that the game is to be played
on Clark Field gives t! em more
edge BUT — last year we won
under odds that were twice as
great. We C A N do the same
thing this year. If the team
gives its maximum efficiency,
there will be a victory for us on
on Turkey Day, It looks mighty
like they are going to do that
very little thing. Here’s YOUR'
fciv-help the men who will go on
^^^^^^ridiron. in every way you
can; keep quiet, keep out of their
rooms and insure them good,
wholesome rest and sleep; don’t
fill their minds with too much
talk about football, and above all
things manifest the fighting spir
it that has marked the A and M.
Cadet Corps for years, and there
will l)e a hearty response out on
the gridiron.
