Hereafter only Individual Per- mits will be considered by the Commandant. Lists prepared by Heads of Departments will be filed in the Commandants Office for the information of the Presi dent and the Commandant, but each cadet desiring to take ad- vantage of a permit must make out and sign his own Permit.
