The attention of the presidents
of all student organizations is di-
rected to paragraph 127, article 9,
of the Bluebook, which requires
that a list of the officers of organ-
izations and a statement of the
time and place of meeting and of
any amendments to the constitu-
tion and by-laws shall be filed
with the chairman of the commit-
tee on Student Organizations and
Publications, within the first
month of school. ;
