While no absolute hours for opening the campus post ce can be set, the following general plan will be i in effect: The window will be open morn- ings as soon as the mail is dis- tributed, about 9:30 o’clock, and from that hour until noon. The window will open from 1 to 2 o’clock and again immediate- ly after the mail is distributed, about 2:30. The window will be open then until 4:30 p. m. POSTMASTER.
