With the approval of the Pres-
ident thie following appointments
are made in the Corps, to fill va-
cancies:
Cadet Private J. W. Hicks, to
be Second Lieutenant. He is as-
signed to Co. “D,” Second Reg-
iment.
Cadet Private J. B. Miller, Co.
““B,” First Regiment, to be Chief
Trumpeter. He is assigned to
the Non-commissioned Staff.

Post Office Hours.
While no absolute hours for
opening the campus post office
~ can be set, the following general
plan will be in effect:
The window will be open morn-
ings as soon as the mail is dis-
tributed, about 9:30 o’clock, ard
from that hour until noon.
The window will open from 1
to 2 o'clock and again immediase-
ly after the mail is distributed,
about 2:30. The window will be
open then until 4:30 p. m.
