rooms will not be made until com-
panfes.are equalized as much as
possible: The time when assign-
ment is to be made will be an-
nounced from this office.
9. The following transfers of
senior, junior and sophomore pri-
vates will be made. Captains
will submit a list of men, under
the proper classes, whom they
wish to have transferred from
their companies, to this office not
* later than 8 a. m., October 1st.,
