(Continued from last issue) PERMITS. 14. Permits shall be given to the first sergeant who shall take them to the Commandant’s office. At first sergeant’s call the first sergeant shall obtain permits from the Commandant’s office and_the cadets concerned may o*btain the necessary information from their first sergeant. When taking advantage of permits to visit Bryan, cadets shall take their permits with them and show them to any inspecting officer. On their return they shall sign up the hour of their departure and return on same, and return them to their first sergeant. Except in cases of extreme emergency permits will not be acted upon when submit ted other than through the first sergeant. 15. Cadets must have on hand at all times the articles enumer ated in paragraph 28 (1) Blue Book. The white duck coat, pur chase optional, shall be of the same pattern as the gray blouse, except there shall not be any braid around the sleeve. 16.
