PUBLICATION OF ORDERS. “All orders, details etc., from this office will be pub- lished in the Daily Bulletin and posted on the bulletin board. A copy of all general orders will be furnished each company. This copy will also be posted on com- pany bulletin boards for a period of two days and then removed and filed in First Sergeant’s room for reference. No orders will be read in the Mess Hall except by personal order of Commandant.” The delinquency list will be posted daily on bulletin board and will remain there for two days, No explanation will be ac- cepted after the second morning following the posting of the list. 1he Home of Correct Clothes Jor Men . .
