    PUBLICATION OF ORDERS.
“All orders, details etc.,
from this office will be pub-
lished in the Daily Bulletin
and posted on the bulletin board.
A copy of all general orders will
be furnished each company. This
copy will also be posted on com-
pany bulletin boards for a period
of two days and then removed
and filed in First Sergeant’s room
for reference. No orders will be
read in the Mess Hall except by
personal order of Commandant.”
The delinquency list will be
posted daily on bulletin board
and will remain there for two
days, No explanation will be ac-
cepted after the second morning
following the posting of the list.

4. All formations of the regi- -
ments for drills, meals, etc., will
be on the Military walk.
SUNDAY MORNING IN.
SPECTION.
5. At Sunday morning in-
spection all cadets except those
authorized by orders or permits
must be in their rooms. The
following articles must be dis-
played on tables; Moss Manual
of Military Training and Blue
Book, and sueh articles as direct-
ed. One company officer shall
meet the inspector and accompa-
ny him, knocking on doors and
opening them.
