A&M’s strong track team is
heavily favored to extend its mast
ery over Rice and LSU tomorrow
in a triangular meet on Kyle field.
Field events begin the meet at
2:30 with the first race at 3 p.m.
“I don’t think we will have too
much trouble,” said Coach Frank
Anderson, “we have a better bal
anced team than either of them.”
Rice has failed to trip an Ander

the trick in 1935, and LSU has
never done it.
Aggie entries for the meet are:
Harley Hartung, Carol Goyer,
Don Watson and Bill Holloway
in the sprint relay; Goyer and
Watson, 100-yard dash; James
Hollingsworth, Hartung and Jim
my Snyder, high and low hurdles;
Holloway, John Roberts and Bob
