Vol. II College Station, Texas, Tue*day, November 21,1916. No. 51. Lecture in Chapel Tonight. Dr. A. E. Winship of Boston will lecture in the College Chapel tonight at 7:30. It will be re membered that Dr. Winship lec tured here last fall on the sub ject “Getting in the Game,” and his lecture proved both inspiring and entertaining. This will be the first of a series of popular lectures by prominent men on vital questions relating to the in terest of college men. The lec ture will be free to all. Two Football Games This Week. Dallas University, undefeated this year, plays A. and M. on Thursday at 4 p. m. The Dallas News of Sunday printed a story which stated that three hundred rooters are coming down for the game. The Farmer Fish play Terrill School of Dallas Saturday at 3 p. m. Their team has not lost a game in five years. It’s up to the “fish,” Notice. The floor of the Mess Hall is fixed for the Thanksgiving Hop. Cadets are requested to keep floor clean. Floor Com., Thanksgiving Hop. Sociological Club Notice. — On account of the lecture in the auditorium there will be no meeting of the Sociological Club tonight. One week from tonight the discussion will be the same as that planned for tonight. F. B. CLARK. President’s Office Hours. On account of very urgent office work, including the com piling of the biennial report, the President will have no office hours in the afternoons of this week. Those desiring to see him in his office should call in the forenoon between the hours of 9 and 12. Freshman Nominations.
