(See paragraph 28 in Bluebook) The idea to be worked out is that each cadet should supply himself with the regulation shoe as passed on by the Commandant as soon as the ones in wear are discarded. It is hoped that each cadet will have the regulation shoes when the army inspector makes his visit. Come see what the adopted shoes are and leave your orders.
